Terms and Conditions The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Halo Skincare website, please read them carefully. Pricing & Availability All product prices are in £ sterling and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be given a refund for the unavailable product(s). Authenticity We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine. Customer Orders Delivery We are able to deliver to customers in the UK. Please click here for details on our UK delivery charges. We are also able to deliver to most of Europe and rest of the World, for details of deleiverycharges please contact us in the first instance for a quotation. Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date, however, you can nominate an alternative delivery address if this is more convenient. Simply fill in an alternative delivery address when you place your order. Order Payment Payment can be made by any major credit card or debit card, using Visa, MasterCard, Delta, or Switch through our secure Paypal account. Payment will be debited to your account before dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Halo Skincare. In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Halo Skincare shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in dispatch. Returns & Order Cancellation If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. Halo Skincare will refund or replace any products if: 1. They were purchased direct from us within the last 14 days 2. They are returned to us in their original, unopened and in re-saleable condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Halo Skincare. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid. Cancellation of Orders Except at the busiest times of the year, orders are normally dispatched to you within 2 working days of receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email or fax at the same time. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever. If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :- When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a "cooling off period" of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Halo Skincare. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us. You must contact us by phone to confirm which item(s) are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. It is always helpful to know why you have changed your mind and cancelled an order. Order Confirmation You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Halo Skincare. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Security Personal and credit card details are sent to us using secure Internet Technology. This provides a secure link between your computer and our site when transferring personal and payment information. We take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Halo Skincare. Data Privacy We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third party. The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. From time to time we may send you e-mail notifications of new arrivals or promotions from Halo Skincare. In all e-mails you will be given the option to be removed from our mailing list, which will mean removal of your details from our mailing list. You will not be sent future correspondence unless you request to be added to our mailing list at a later date. Halo Skincare will not pass on any of your details to third parties unless required to do so as part of the order verification process or if required to do so by UK governing law. As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us. Copyright The copyright to the contents of this website belongs to Halo Skincare.
